 Our Lady of Refuge Hispanic Helping Center
The Hispanic Helping Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Tulsa, primarily serves Hispanic residents.
Services offered include help with food, clothing, parenting skills, early childhood development, and immigration counseling.
Preparations for citizenship testing and English classes are also offered.
The center is staffed by bilingual caseworkers and all services are provided without fees.
