Families need even more assistance during the summer, because their children are home during the day and need more food. Here are some suggestions of things we need to help the parents and children who come to us for help:
FOOD
- Canned goods, especially green beans, corn, rice, pasta, soups, tuna, spinach, carrots
- Cereal, crackers, noodles
- Peanut butter and jelly
PAPER GOODS
- Diapers - all sizes, infants to adults
- Soap - Hand and bath soaps, liquid or bars, shampoo
- Lotion
- Toothbrushes, toothpaste
- Feminine hygiene products
CLOTHING
- Gently used children's and adult clothing

Matching Gifts - Many companies have matching gift programs to encourage their employees to support non-profit organizations. If you or your spouse are affiliated with a company that offers this benefit, please mail the appropriate form provided by the company to the Catholic Charities when you make your donation.
