Catholic Charities' Events
Catholic Charities receives no funding from the Diocesan Development Fund or from the United Way. The programs operated by Catholic Charities are almost entirely funded by individual donations from the good people of eastern Oklahoma.
Two percent comes from federal funding, and approximately ten percent of income represents gifts from foundations. The result is a highly dynamic organization that is a reflection of the values of our donors.
Catholic Charities has specific events to raise funds and awareness each year. They are as follows:
Madonna House Autumn Harvest
Fall Arts and Crafts Show in support of Catholic Charities' Madonna House.
Cooking Up Compassion
Gala event that includes dinner and a live auction in support of all Catholic Charities' programs. Our next event is Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Tulsa Ballroom at the Convention Center.
Madonna House Tea and Fashion Show
Spring Tea and Fashion Show in support of Catholic Charities' Madonna House. Our next event is Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Renaissance Hotel.
